Complimentary Personalised Gift Cards

Some gifts deserve more than a simple note. Every CIELA order can include one complimentary personalised greeting card and one personalised message card, available with both our standard packaging and upgraded gift presentation.

Create a card featuring your own photograph, artwork, logo, name or written design. Upload your chosen file through the product page or provide it during checkout.

 

Personalised Message Card

Add a private message of up to 200 characters, including spaces. It could be a name, meaningful date or a few words written especially for the recipient.

 

Submitting Your Personalisation

Personalisation can be submitted through the product page, during checkout or by emailing care@cielajewellery.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Email submissions must include your order number or the relevant product reference.

Please check all wording carefully before submission. We do not provide a digital proof. To produce the best result, CIELA may make minor adjustments to image size, positioning, cropping, text size or line spacing.

If an image is unclear or requires changes that may significantly affect the design, we will contact you before production. Any time spent awaiting your response is not included in the estimated processing time.

Please allow an additional 1–2 working days before dispatch for personalised card orders.

By submitting content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. CIELA reserves the right to refuse unlawful, infringing or inappropriate content, or to request a replacement file.

Uploaded artwork and photographs are used only to fulfil your order and provide related customer support. They will be deleted within 30 days of dispatch.
