Today, CIELA introduces the CIELA Trade-In Programme — a new way to give eligible CIELA jewellery its next chapter.
If a piece no longer feels right for you, it does not have to remain unworn.
Through our Trade-In Programme, eligible CIELA jewellery can be submitted for review, professionally inspected and valued. Once the final valuation is accepted, the agreed amount is issued as CIELA Credit.
Your credit can then be used towards a new CIELA piece or a bespoke redesign.
The programme is part of our commitment to creating a longer relationship with every piece of jewellery — beyond the moment it is first purchased.
Your jewellery may change with you. Its story does not have to end.
