Eligibility normally requires a centre diamond of 0.50ct or above. Selected CIELA designs marked with the Trade-In Eligible badge can also qualify below this threshold. A diamond report is required only where one was supplied.

Your online submission is an initial review, not a final valuation. After physical inspection, you choose whether to accept the final offer. Accepted trade-ins receive digital CIELA Credit valid for 2 years. If you decline the final valuation, CIELA arranges and covers standard return shipping.
