How do I choose the right bracelet size?
Measure around your wrist with a soft tape, then compare that measurement with the bracelet’s stated length or size. Allow room for comfortable movement without letting the bracelet slip over your hand. The best fit depends on the style; if no length is listed or you are unsure, please contact CIELA before ordering.
Is the bracelet adjustable?
Adjustability varies by design. Use only the adjustment points or extender specified for the piece; a fixed-length bracelet will not offer the same flexibility. If you need a different length, contact us before ordering so we can check feasibility, pricing and preparation time.
Can I wear it with a watch or other bracelets?
You can style pieces together, but repeated contact may scratch polished metal or catch delicate settings. Leave room for each piece to move without rubbing, and consider wearing your watch on the opposite wrist. Avoid combinations that put pressure on the chain or clasp.
How do I care for the bracelet and its clasp?
Fasten the clasp fully, including any safety catches fitted to the design. Remove your bracelet before exercise, swimming, showering, household chores and sleep. Wipe it gently after wear and store it separately. If the clasp feels loose or does not close properly, stop wearing it and contact us.
Are the diamonds certified and the metal hallmarked?
CIELA centre diamonds of 0.50ct and above are supplied with an IGI grading report. This threshold applies to each centre diamond, not the total diamond weight of the piece or pair. Each report covers the specified diamond, rather than every smaller stone in the jewellery. Precious-metal jewellery is independently assayed and hallmarked where required.

When will my order be dispatched?
Check the estimate beside the Add to Cart button for your selected piece. In Stock jewellery that is ready can leave in as little as 1–2 working days; pieces awaiting UK hallmarking usually need 10–15 working days. Made to Order pieces generally need 4–5 weeks.
These are preparation times before dispatch. The product-specific estimate takes priority; delivery time follows separately.
Is delivery complimentary?
Yes. UK delivery is complimentary with no minimum spend, using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Estimated UK delivery is 3 working days after dispatch, subject to carrier delays.
Delivery is also complimentary to available destinations in Europe and North America. Delivery after dispatch is estimated at 3 working days for Europe and 5 working days for other available destinations. CIELA covers applicable import duties and import taxes. You will not be charged these separately at checkout or on delivery. Available destinations are shown at checkout.
Can I return my bracelet?
You can request a return for an eligible bracelet within 30 calendar days of signed-for delivery. Eligible UK returns are free, with Royal Mail home collection available. International change-of-mind return postage and related customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Standard Made to Order pieces remain eligible under our normal returns conditions. Personalised, engraved, specially resized and bespoke pieces are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described are unaffected.

Can I add a gift box and a personal message?
Each item can have its own complimentary CIELA gift box, or you may combine items in one box if they fit safely. A personalised greeting card is also complimentary. Select the services on the product page and review them in your cart. Your card can include a photo, a message of up to 200 characters, or both.
